Great run and about as well as I can execute a progressive run. Nice steady warm up mile & fell almost immediately into a nice easy running rhythm at just under a 9:55/mile pace. Felt great at the 3 1/2 mile mark & from that point on slowly and steadily increased pace and turnover. Then with a mile to go added another gear and finished very strongly. Still had plenty left at the end of the run and could've maintained the closing effort for, at least, a couple of more miles. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Grant Green routine, and leg circuit 2 after the run.
