Pretty good long run in tough weather conditions. Humidity was nearly 90% for the entire run. Fortunately for the first 10 miles it was cloudy and with no sun, I was able to run pretty steadily with no real negative effect from the humid conditions. After mile 10 we got sun & I definitely started to feel the effects of the combination of heat and humidity.

MIles 10 through 12 1/2 still felt pretty good, but when we stopped to hydrate at 12 1/2 my legs were beginning to tighten up. I pushed through the rest of 13, 14 & 15 and was able to continue to maintain the same pretty consistent pace & effort. But when stopped for our last hydration break at 15, my legs really felt dead so I took a few extra seconds of a break at that point and then ran the last mile at a very slow jog to finish the run. Legs felt pretty heavy at the end of the run. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Grant Green routine & leg circuit 2 exercises were difficult after this run, but I did finish them & legs have recovered nicely a couple of hours after this morning's workout.
