6 x 1200 meter (3/4s mile) intervals alternated with 600 meter recovery jogs. Then 2 x 200 meter strides alternated with 200 meter recoveries. Positive was the Intervals were solid & consistent on somewhat fatigued legs. The negative is that interval paces are still significantly slower than winter 2014 into early spring 2015.
