First 10 miles very easy effort. Then picked it up in the final four miles for a fast finish at half marathon effort. Paces were a little slow mostly due to the windy and drizzly conditions and the fact that this workout was the day after the Xmas holidays (which precluded regular sleep & eating patterns). But effort was pretty spot on as ran the first 10 miles at a very easy & comfortable effort. I was then able to pick it up to half marathon effort in mile 11 and hold that effort with a nice increase in pace & cadence through the end of mile 14.
