Notes

First mid-week morning run on the new part-time work schedule. Big difference running this 8 miles in the morning after a full night's sleep instead of in the evening after work & commuting. Entire run was relaxed, steady & the pace came easily & stayed steady without any increases in effort. Maintained turnover in the 170-172 range until the final half mile where I pushed it without much effort to the upper 170s.
