Excellent set of strides. High turnover and solid speed during all five reps. Had some very minor cramping in my left calf muscle at the start of the last stride. Cramping dissipated after the first 10 seconds, but it did take me a little longer to fully accelerate in that stride than in the first four so it ended up slightly slower. Pedestals (50 seconds) x 2 were very solid. Then completed Myrtl routine. No recurrence of the cramp during the exercises or after the workout.
