Solid cool down run after 600 meter intervals. Steady & comfortable entire distance & pretty comparable to the warm up.
Myrtl routine & pedestals x 2 (45 seconds) after this run. Side pedestals a little better although the left side pedestal still shaky the last five seconds. Then did leg circuit 1 for the first time. Front & lateral lunges were good. Had a really difficult time with single leg squats as balance was a big problem so I'm not how effective I was doing that one. The lateral shuffle was a little better but still very difficult. I did it but very awkwardly I'm certain.
