Very good set of strides. Was conservative for the first two reps as I hadn't done any strides for a couple of weeks. But by the third rep, felt great and last three reps were excellent. Consistent turnover & pace for all five reps. Pedestals x 2 (50 seconds) & Myrtl routine after the strides.
