Notes

Very solid run. Warm up was a steady & relaxed effort, quick but very controlled. Hit half marathon effort almost immediately in the tempo portion & then maintained the effort for the entire four mile distance. Effort and turnover was extremely consistent for all four miles with the pace increasing slightly each mile very naturally & without any appreciable increase in effort. Ran the tempo section hard, but felt in control of the effort from start of the tempo section to its finish. Cool down mirrored the warm up & felt very easy after the harder tempo miles. Completed pedestals with lifts x 2, Grant Green, Core X, and leg circuit 2 post run.
