Two mile cool down after 1000 meter intervals. Steady and relaxed effort for entire two miles. Run felt very easy Pedestal routine with leg lifts x two, Cannonball Routine & leg circuit exercises after cool down run. Pedestals with leg lifts were very strong. New exercises in the Cannonball routine felt, as expected, were awkward to varying degrees with the most awkward being the Rockies (which I've never been able to do) and the Australian crawl (the leg and arm motions at the same time were horribly uncoordinated). Leg circuit exercises were all about where they were last week.
