Very humid conditions for the entire distance, even starting at 5 a.m. so I started the run at a super easy effort & basically kept it that way for the entire run. Legs felt good & cadence was steady the entire distance so it didn't feel like I was running that slowly, but obviously I was. I did feel some fatigue in my legs during the 2nd half of the run, but inasmuch as there wasn't the usual rest day before the long run the fatigue wasn't as bad as I expected. Overall I thought it was a pretty good & extremely run. Plus there was no recurrence of any of the leg problems I experienced last weekend. Complete full set of post run exercise routines.
