Best run in a couple of weeks. With the rest day yesterday and with my leg feeling pretty much back at full strength, I started running at a very easy effort, but over miles 2, 3, 4 & 5 the pace just kept coming down naturally without any increase in cadence or any conscious increase in effort. Since I have another rest day tomorrow, I did increase the effort slightly over the final 3/4s of a mile to finish strong. Still had lots left at the end of the run & leg still felt great with no hint of the problems I've been having with my right leg. I was still a little cautious today, but today there was a huge improvement physically. Pedestals x 2 (50 seconds) & Myrtl routine after the run.
