Overall an ok run. Felt really good in the early miles and the effort was very comfortable and easy until just after the half way point. Right around mile 5 started to struggle a bit. I did slow it down slightly at that point, but I still had to fight through some noticeable discomfort and fatigue throughout the 2nd half of the run. Even though I didn't feel like I was pushing the pace too hard in the first couple of miles, I think if I had eased up slightly a little earlier in the run, the last half of the run probably would've gone a little better. Completed the pedestal routine twice & the Myrtl routine after finishing the run.
