Notes
First two miles footing was decent, but starting in mile 3 there were frequent icy patches so had to slow down some. Then at start of mile 4 I hit an icy patch and took a jarring fall. Fortunately I didn't hurt or strain anything so after a couple of minutes recomposing myself I was able to continue running with no problems. But after the fall and with the fequent random icy spots, I took the remainder of the run very slowly and conservatively. Still I did finish the 15 miles in one piece & legs felt surprisingly good with no ill effects from the fall. Got my pedestal & Myrtl routines in after the run.
