Excellent set of intervals. Warm up mile & a half was pretty much a continuation of yesterday evening's run.

Intervals were solid. Started at moderately hard effort but very quickly hit "comfortably hard" and had no trouble maintaining it through all three intervals with minimal recovery. Effort stayed very consistent, but pace at that effort slowly, and steadily, got faster. Cool down mile & a half was comfortable and easy after the harder effort during the intervals. Myrtl routine after the workout.
