Notes
Very good long run on a perfect running day. Felt good with an extremely consistent effort the entire 13 miles. Ran the first 9 with the ERC marathon group and the last four solo. A little fatigue during the last 2 miles, but this was very minor and legs still felt very strong at the end of the run. Pedestals with lifts x 2, leg circuit #1 and cannonball routine after the run. Really good start to the training cycle.
