Good Run. Ran a nice, relaxed warm up mile. Then was able to find marathon effort early in mile 2 & maintained it for the rest of the mile. Picked up the effort at the start of mile 3 & kept it steady to mile 4. Reduced effort slightly at start of mile 4, but pace stayed pretty steady because of a slight downgrade. Cool down mile was steady and easy. Felt pretty good for the entire distance & legs still felt strong at the end of the run. Full set of exercise routines after the run.
