Well executed fast finish long run. Ran the first 7 miles at a very steady & consistent "easy" effort. Started to pick it up to "marathon" effort in mile 8 and was able to maintain that effort through the end of mile 15. First 6 1/2 miles of the "marathon" effort section were very good, felt strong with a very consistent tempo. Last mile and a half of that section was much tougher as my legs definitely felt the fatigue of the effort. I took a couple of quick additional stops during the final two miles, but each time I was able to pick right back up to the targeted effort. Cool down mile was relaxed & steady. Finished pedestals w/ lifts x 2, Cannonball routine & leg circuit 1 after the run.
