Cool down run after 600 meter intervals. Like Sunday, same relaxed & consistent effort as warm up run, but because it was after the hard intervals, pace was easily quicker than the warm up. Pedestals (45 seconds) x 2 & Myrtl routine after cool down run. 45 seconds for the front & back pedestals was solid in both sets. 45 seconds for side pedestals was solid for the first set. On the second set, solid 45 seconds for left side pedestal, but only made 40 seconds on right side pedestal, which was the last rep.
