Intervals felt absolutely great. Ran this work out significantly better than last spring or summer. Felt strong throughout and needed no extra recovery time after any of the intervals. All intervals were comfortable speed, which increased slightly until last rep where I tired a little in last 300 meters and dropped off 1 second. This was also reflected in the cadence data which was: 1st rep: 188 average (max 190); 2nd: 188 average (max 192); 3rd: 188 average (max 192); 4th: 190 average (max 194); 5th: 190 average (max 192). Intervals total time was 15:36 (about 8:13/mile).
