Pretty good run. Ran a 5 mile loop and a 4 mile loop. 1st half of the 5 mile loop was really good, but it got warmer than I anticipated & I labored a bit during the 2nd half of the loop as a result. Still even though I was laboring, I was able to push through & maintain a pretty consistent pace & effort. I took a little extra rest to hydrate & cool down before starting the 4 mile loop. Once I resumed the run, I took the first half of mile 6 very conservatively (about 5:15), but after that I started feeling better and was able to pick it up and maintain a consistent 9:45 pace to the finish. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Cannonball routine & leg circuit exercises after the run.
