Excellent track workout. Felt like I was back to full speed (well maybe 98% as there is still a minimal sore spot in my glute, but it has definitely improved since the weekend & was absolutely a non-issue in today's workout). Warm up was comfortable with very easy speed & that carried in the intervals. Got up to 5k effort very quickly in the first interval & then maintained it nicely to the end of the interval. Felt some fatigue about halfway through the 3rd interval, but was able to maintain a steady effort and brought down the pace just a litle in intervals 2, 3 & 4. Definitely was tired in the last interval & it was a little slower than previous 3. But I focused on keeping the effort steady for the entire distance & felt, that if it had been a race, I could pushed harder in last half of that interval. Completed the full set of exercises after the workout.
