Best run of the week so far. Felt strong and sharp from the beginning of the workout. Even so, I still was a little tentative on the first 3 minute fartlek segments, but after that I found a great flow and cruised each of the remaining segments, feeling very much in control of pace and effort in both the faster segments and in the steady segments. Had no trouble bumbing it up from 3 minutes/2 minutes to 4 minutes/1 minute. At the end of the 40 minutes of fartlek, I felt I could several more segments with no fall off in pace or effort. Cool down was steady & relaxed. Completed the full of exercise routines post workout.
