Treadmill intermittent hill workout. First set. Took the 1 mile warm up @ 1% conservatively coming off yesterday's 15 miler but was under a 9:45 pace (6.3 on treadmill) Did 1/4 mile each @ 2%, 3%, 4%, &5% started at 6.3 on treadmill and worked up to 6.5 mph by end of last quarter. Then 1 mile cool down @ 1% incline with only slight drop in speed (6.2-6.3). Climbs were pretty good but felt some tiredness about half way through but cool down mile was solid.
