Notes

Treadmill intermittent hill workout. 2nd set. As this was the second set, was able to run initial mile @ 1% a bit faster. Did 1/4 mile each @ 2%, 3%, 4%, &5% started at 6.3 on treadmill and worked up to 6.5 mph by end of last quarter. Then 1 mile cool down @ 1% incline with only slight drop in speed (6.2-6.3). Climbs were significantly better in the second set as my legs were warmed up and felt stronger on the inclines. Cool down mile felt very good. Felt very strong during this entire workout even after 15 miles the day before.
