Cool down miles after 600 meter intervals. Still felt good & miles were a relaxed, easy effort & I felt like I was getting stronger as I ran. Pedestal Routine with leg lifts x 2, Cannonball routine & leg circuit exercises after run. Pedestals still strong. Leg circuit exercises were solid. Cannonball pretty good. Modified the rockies as you suggested so that went better, but the leg movements on the Australian crawl remain extremely awkward.
