Really good long run. Got extra sleep Thurs and Fri nites and, as I anticipated, the good rest made a huge difference how my legs felt in the later miles. Run was in 3 out and back segments - 6 miles, 6 miles, then 5 miles. Legs felt tired at start of the last segment, but cadence did not slow down and actually got faster past the 14.5 mile mark & the pace fell right back to what it was during the middle miles. Felt tired, but still strong at end of the run.
