Run started off pretty good, but after about 6 1/4 miles the work week & a couple of nights with only 6 hours of sleep s seemed to catch up with me. Last four miles were a real struggle -- legs felt heavy and I pretty much fell off into a recovery pace during the last 3 1/2 miles. At least I pushed through the entire 10 miles & will try to get a lot more rest tomorrow evening before Saturday's long run.
