A little bit of sluggishness early which pretty much dissipated by the end of mile one. After that legs felt better and stronger the longer I ran. Other than the early sluggishness, a very consistent and relaxed effort for the entire distance. Stride felt strong and steady & still had enough left to pick up the effort a tad in final half mile.
