Notes
Great execution. After a nice easy warm up mile, picked it up to marathon effort immediately. Had no trouble maintaining marathon effort for the 3 mile section or kicking it up a notch for the 2 mile section at 1/2 marathon effort.
Felt strong for all five miles of harder effort & had plenty left after the five mile pace section was finished. Cool down mile felt nice & easy. Pedestals w/ lifts x 2, cannonball routine & leg circuit 1 after the run.
