Cool down run after the intervals. Again a relaxed and easy effort. Pace was extremely comfortable & maintained it easily the entire distance after the harder effort during the intervals. Still felt very strong at the finish & would have had no trouble running additional miles at that pace & effort. Myrtl routine, pedestal routine (45 seconds x 2) and leg circuit 1 after the run. Side pedestals were stronger on both reps although still not as strong as the front and back pedestals.
Leg circuit exercises went a little better. Lateral shuffle was a bit smoother, but still not completely comfortable. Single leg squats were still difficult, but there was some improvement in doing them compared to last week.
