An ok run. Pretty solid for the first half of the run. I kind of lost focus during the middle miles (5-8) & the slight slow down was probably due to that & some mental fatigue because I really didn't feel any noticeable physical fatigue. I took a quick break to hydrate right at the start of the last two miles & rebooted mentally. My focus was definitely better after the quick break, which was reflected in the quicker miles. Cadence, though, was very consistent for all ten miles. Did pedestal routine & Myrtl routine after the run.
