Notes
Most difficult run I've had since beginning of December. Had a dentist appointment at noon & since I wanted to run this outside I had to run it early which gave me only 11 hours between this run and last nites 6 miler. Between the short rest and the still marginal Prairie Path, I struggled early, felt better from about 3 1/2 to 8, but then really struggled with leg fatigue in miles 9 & 10 as is evident by the drop off in pace. 10 miles was the turn around point on the last 4 mile stretch so I took a little longer rest at that point and willed myself through the fatigue to finish the last two miles at a slightly better pace. At least, I finished and will get an extra half day's rest before tomorrow's run.
