Solid long run. Consistent, steady & relaxed effort for the entire 15 miles. Ran this one strictly on pavement and had no recurrence of the leg soreness I experienced in the last five miles last Saturday and again in the last half of Thursday's run. I'm pretty sure now that those issues were related to running several miles on the Prairie Path with its many ruts & much less than ideal current condition. At least, it was warm enough and dry enough today so the run was pretty pleasant. Hydration went well. Did pedestals with leg lifts x 2, Cannonball routine, & leg circuit exercises after the run. Pedestals are very good. Getting more comfortable with Cannonball routine & all the leg circuit exercises.
