Streets were obviously in better condition today. This week's route was more rolling than flat. A lot more downslopes than upslopes after the first 3 miles which partially accounts for the faster pace during the last 7 miles. A pretty decent run. Funny thing is legs didn't feel all that fresh and especially during the last 3 miles I felt like I was laboring at times, but the pace and cadence didn't fall off at all. That's encouraging because it seems that I'm able to still run consistently even when I feel uncomfortable and not at 100 per cent.
