Just missed high end of pace range. 1st 3 miles into noticeable wind and net elevation gain so they were about 30 to 35 seconds slower than the 3 miles going back. Effort was very consistent for all six miles so the 9:35/9:36 average pace was representatve of the effort for the entire run. Felt pretty strong despite hard workout on Tuesday and another 6 miles easy yesterday. Sixth mile was hard, but maintained pace with definite increase in effort.
