Another solid long run. Steady & consistent effort entire distance. Legs felt good most of the way. They seemed to tighten up a little during the last 4 1/2 miles, but this was very minor as I was able to run through the slight tightness & easily maintain pace and turnover. Was tired at the end but was still running strong. Pedestal (40 seconds) x 2 and Myrtl routine after run. Side pedestals not nearly as good today as they were both times during the week.
