Another very strong run. Was pretty much just an extension of Thursdays solid seven miler- albeit outside & in moderately windy conditions. Felt strong from the beginning & by the time I hydrated at the 3 mile mark, I knew I'd have no problem doing 10 miles. The rest of the run was consistent and relaxed. Effort during the entire run didn't change very much. The slower miles were run mostly on slight upgrades & the faster miles took advantage of the slight downgrades. Wind was moderate but really did not effect my running much, if at all. Pedestals w/ leg lifts x 2, Cannonball routine, and leg circuit exercises after the run.
