Excellent prep run for Sunday's race. The two mile intervals at 10k effort were solid, smooth and strong. Slowly picked up the pace to 10k effort during mile 1 of the first interval and then got stronger in mile 2. Took a very easy mile in between the two intervals, but was able to bring it back to 10k effort almost immediately at the start of the 2nd interval. Again I felt stronger the longer interval went. Had good control of 10k effort so I wasn't going all out & felt that I could have run at least another interval with the same effort.
