Notes
Another really foolish 5K where I went out too fast and then became frustrated/defeated when it got difficult during the final mile. I was crawling up the final hill just after mile two and I mistakenly thought that I was ready for a decent run. I still think most of this is mental but it's getting to the point of being embarrassing with these performances.
The good news is that I still don't feel discouraged and I still feel a good run is within my control if I put in the work and run smart.
Perfect conditions today. Low wind and temps in the low 50s.
