Notes

Ran after work at the OC high school track. 1 mile up and a half-mile jog between each set with 1 mile down. I'd estimate the half-mile jog at around 10mm and I was true to it until after the 3rd interval when I walked the first turn. A nice little headwind down the backstretch made for a tough experience but all-in-all not a bad workout. I felt really slow through most of the run, form felt off, and my legs seemed heavy.

The goal was five sets under 7 minutes and while I thought it'd be easier the workout accomplished that goal.

Went to bed early as I was very tired and never really got an appetite until morning.
