I won't be able to run tomorrow so moving this five mile run forward by a day. Felt fantastic especially during the first two miles. The kids spent the night at Grammy's so we enjoyed an adult evening of a nice dinner and a movie on Saturday night.
Legs and knees feel great. No issues at all.
