Jake rode his bike while I ran in the hottest its been since last summer. Worked in the morning and had to miss the Lighthouse 10 miler so had to run in the afternoon. Jake supplied me with water at a few spots and the heat really got to me in the last few miles. Headed out expecting to run 10 but adjusted to 8 because of the heat.
