First run in three days because of hamstring issues and it felt like I haven't run in three weeks. Brutal stride and didn't feel comfortable at all. Stopped at the turnaround to stretch the hamstring for about 3 minutes and when I started running again it felt springy. Odd sensation. No real issue with anything during the run other than trying to figure out how to avoid falling over.
