Odd run. Pace felt fine but did something to my neck/shoulder that feels like a muscle pull. I heard something pull about a half-mile into the run and now it's stiff. Bummer. My left achilles was also bugging me and the last mile my form felt stiff and sore as I was shuffling to the finish.
