Notes
Finding the motivation is still very difficult but I'm very happy to be logging this run. The run itself was fine although my body is still battling a cold and is very tired. Chased by two dogs at around the 4.5 mile mark as they must have come from someone's backyard. Turned around to see them trailing me by about 20 yards and the lead dog startled when I turned around so I never really felt threatened.
This looks like just another ho-hum 34 mile week but it was very hard logging these miles. It's tough to reward effort but I feel good about this week.
