Notes
This was supposed to be the test to determine if my lazy training still warrants a spring marathon. Leading up to MCM I ran 18 miles one time and finished in 2:58:13 so this was over 10 minutes faster which seems material. However it was not easy. The splits look strong but I was really struggling including a small dry-heaving binge at the end. Ran with Dean and he was waving to cars and doing high-knees during the last miles so he's ready.
I'm not sure if I passed the test or not. Recovery later in the day and on Sunday was easier than expected and my legs feel okay now on Monday.
