Notes

Goal was 3:27 per half-mile and not exactly sure what happened on the middle one. Felt fine, decent workout at this time, tired but comfortable and didn't work too much. The key will be how the achilles and legs feel over the next few days.

Trotted around for a decent portion of the 1/4 mile so kept the rest periods honest and active.
