Notes
Target pace was 7:30 so these were again too fast. After the third one I was spent and debated calling it quits but was happy that I ran the fourth. These were run along the lake and the wind was strong from the south which made intervals 1 and 3 easier than 2 and 4.
Overall a decent workout but the true test will be how I feel tonight and during tomorrow's run. Last week I felt horrible after a decent track workout so I'm not out of the woods yet.
