Final day of the bike ride. Went from Rocheport to Tebbetts and my parents drove us back to KC. The ride was great as it was perfectly flat (actually a net downhill) and the bluffs were fantastic. Legs were sore, butt was sore but those were managed. Glad to be done with the bike ride and underestimated the difficulty so paid the price.
Had delicious BBQ in Sedalia.
Ran in the evening back in Kansas. Wasn't too bad but glad to get it in.
